Texas Motor Speedway used Laylo to beat the algorithm and directly own their relationship with fans through SMS and email.
Getting fans signed up
With over 250k followers across social media, it’s still very easy for TMS fans to miss important announcements with all the noise. So they adopted Laylo for all of their direct fan engagement.
To get started they shared their Laylo profile across socials along with special drops for free events. They also used Laylo’s easy import tool to migrate the phone numbers.
Anyone who signed up for their Laylo list received race day updates and SMS & Email schedule reminders directly to their phones.
Black Friday
After building a list, the speedway promoted two Black Friday drops on Instagram. Fans who RSVP’d received early access to the Spring 2023 Texas Indy 375. This was an exclusive opportunity to get the lowest ticket price.
