GRAMMY-winner and Academy Award and Golden Globe-nominated actress and musician Ariana Grande returns to the stage on her highly anticipated ‘The Eternal Sunshine Tour.’ The tour includes multiple nights in London. The UK Artist Presale, powered by Laylo’s unique codes, opens Tuesday, 16 September at 10:00 a.m. BST. This tour is in high demand, and tickets are expected to move quickly. If you opted in and verified, you should have received a unique code via SMS sometime on Monday, September 15.
Important: Receiving a unique code gives you access to the presale but does not guarantee tickets. Demand will likely exceed availability and tickets are first-come, first-served.
Please note: Ariana Grande's London artist presale is hosted on Ticketmaster and AXS. Laylo powered the presale registration and code delivery; purchases, queues, and seat maps are managed directly by our ticketing partners. For live presale questions on September 16, please contact Ticketmaster or AXS support.

FAQ
What if I did not register for the presale in advance?
Artist Presale access is only available to those who registered during the presale registration window from 28 August to 7 September.
I registered but do not see a code yet.
Codes were distributed over a 12 hour period beginning Monday, 15 September 2025 10AM (BST). If you believe you signed up and verified your number during the registration window and have not yet received your code, you can try to manually retrieve it at this link.
Can I share my code?
No. Codes are single-use. Sharing can invalidate access.
How can I get in touch with Ticketmaster?
You can get assistance from Ticketmaster via their Help desk, or by reviewing their Ariana FAQ’s!
What happens if my code doesn’t work?
Your code will be an 8-digit code, coming via text message, from Laylo. This is the only code that will work.
Can I buy tickets for more than one night?
Yes, you can get up to six tickets with your unique code.
Does receiving a unique code guarantee a ticket?
No. A code gives you access to the presale, but tickets are limited and high demand means not everyone who receives a code will be able to buy.
Why unique codes?
Artists and fans want the same thing: real people in the room at the show. Unique codes help make that happen. Here’s how it works:
- One unique code for every fan. Each verified fan gets a single-use code that cannot be reused or mass-shared.
- Early verification. 2FA helps confirm you are a person, not a script, before a code is issued.
- Smarter defenses. We flag suspicious signup patterns and known bad actors so more codes reach real fans.
For the London leg of The Eternal Sunshine tour, we are using unique, single-use codes to keep the presale fair and get more tickets into the hands of fans. Across recent high-demand campaigns, we have seen suspicious purchases drop by about half compared with typical industry baselines. We’re proud of that number.
