MUNA keeps it intimate.
The band just announced a new album (Dancing on the Wall) along with a limited run of special underplay shows in Los Angeles, New York, and London… and they’re giving fans first access through an artist presale designed to keep tickets in the hands of real fans.
"We're doing this to take care of our fans and ensure as many of you as possible can see one of these special events,” the band shared.
The artist presale opens Feb 17 at 10AM local time for fans who pre-registered. Here's how it works.
🎟️ How to Get MUNA Presale Tickets
MUNA’s presale is powered by unique, one-time codes, meaning every fan who signs up and verifies will receive their own individual code via SMS. This helps prevent bots and brokers and ensures more fans get a fair shot at tickets.
Here’s how to participate:
1. Sign up for the presale
Presale registration was from February 10-February 16. If you didn't register during this period, you will not receive a unique code for the artist preasle.
2. Watch for your unique code
Fans who registered will automatically receive a confirmation text and then a separate text with their unique code.
Presale codes will be sent via SMS approximately 3 hours before the presale begins at 10am local time on Tuesday, February 17.
3. Use your code when presale opens
When presale goes live, you’ll receive a text directing you back to MUNA’s tour page, where you’ll:
- Select your specific show date
- Enter your unique code
- Join the ticketing queue
Codes are one-time use and tied to your phone number.

Why is MUNA using unique codes?
This system helps protect fans by limiting brokers and resale activity, giving real fans a better chance to attend these intimate shows.
Can I sign up for multiple cities?
No. Codes will work across shows for North America, so fans only need to register once. They will receive one code tied to their phone number.
How many tickets can I buy?
There's a 4x ticket limit per order per unique code.
What if I miss out during presale?
If tickets remain, a public on-sale may follow. Additional details will be shared closer to the on-sale date.
What if I don't receive a unique code?
Unique codes will be sent 3 hours before the February 17 artist presale (~7:00 AM local time).If you don’t receive a code, it likely means you didn’t complete the 2-step verification (2FA) when you RSVP’d. Please make sure you followed all SMS steps during RSVP. If you believe this is a mistake, email contact@laylo.com.
What happens if my code doesn’t work?
Your code will be an 8-digit code, coming via text message, from Laylo. This is the only code that will work.
