How to connect Shopify

Your Shopify store can only be connected to one individual Laylo account. Here’s how to connect:

⚠️ You must have SMS Opt-In enabled at your Shopify Checkout. Laylo will not pull data from buyers who do not opt into future marketing. Please follow this guide for enabling.

  1. Login to Laylo account
  2. Verify Pro subscription (head to settings > then billing to upgrade to Pro)
  3. Head to settings > then click Integrations and scroll down to the Shopify section. Follow the prompts to connect your shop. Shopify will redirect you back to the integrations page after a successful connection.
