⏰ Over the 12 hours that the IG Story was live, they generated hundreds of opt-ins that ultimately led to more ticket sales
📢 The following week, after they advanced to the next round, Columbus Crew posted another Instagram Story teasing out an exclusive Ticket Strip offer for the Round of 32 and Round of 16 matches at Lower.com field.

🎟️ To promote ticket sales for their Round of 32 appearance, FC Dallas posted an Instagram Story encouraging fans to respond with key word "LC23" to be the notified the second tickets go on sale.
The Drops
👋 Columbus Crew and FC Dallas sent out Drop Day Messages to the all the fans who RSVP’d and included links to buy Leagues Cup tickets.
